<p><strong>简要描述:</strong></p>

<p>挂机后流水推送回调</p>

<p>系统会在挂机一分钟之后,会把通话相关结果(客户CRM)发送给用户,但前提是用户设置了回调地址并且开启了推送服务。用户需要接收处理,并返回应答,用户回调成功后需要返回“SUCCESS”字符串,否则系统会尝试三次回调直到接收到“SUCCESS”。注意:同样的通知可能会多次发送给用户系统。用户系统必须能够正确处理重复的通知。</p>

<li>推荐的做法是,当收到通知进行处理时,首先检查对应业务数据的状态,判断该通知是否已经处理过,如果没有处理过再进行处理,如果处理过直接返回结果成功。另外,设置了回调之后建议再对应一下客户crm接口同步数据,以防数据缺失问题。</li>
